Years of knee stiffness and “locking” doesn’t always mean you just have to live with it.

This client had been dealing with chronic knee restriction for years before finally addressing the problem with a more comprehensive approach.
Treatment included shockwave therapy, active myofascial release, scraping, and joint mobilization—as shown in the video.

When walking feels unstable, it’s more than just “tightness.”

Brad Taveras is a problem for anyone who steps in the octagon with him. 😮‍💨🔥

He came in dealing with a subscapularis strain — basically pain + weakness when he tried to internally rotate his shoulder. We treated it, then re-tested the same movement.

Adhesions are sticky, unhealthy tissue that restrict movement and can trap nerves—causing chronic pain that stretching won’t fix.

When the right tissue is treated, pain finally has a chance to change.

1 year of burning neck pain—especially sitting and driving (an hour each day).
