Unfortunately, the correlation between s*xual & mental health isn't talked enough about especially from care providers.
Add in the eras that people grew up in, playing a role.
Ex: your parents may be uncomfortable talking about s*x or come from the era of saving s*x for marriage.
Yes, society is more open about s*x now than it was 20 years ago.
However, it's still a taboo topic.

Will be following up with more necessary info regarding s*xual & mental health.
If one aspect of your health is off, so are the others.
Taking a proactive approach to your whole self can do wonders for your well-being, short & long term.
