Your self-esteem isn’t going to magically improve because you finally “get your s**t together.”
It’s built by changing the way you treat yourself right now.
Notice how quickly you dismiss a compliment, minimize something you accomplished, or beat yourself up when you make a mistake.
That stuff matters.
Positive self-talk, actually celebrating your wins, and giving yourself some damn grace when things don’t go perfectly can slowly change the relationship you have with yourself.
And if positive affirmations feel fake at first? Start smaller.
Instead of “I’m amazing,” try:
“I’m learning.”
“I handled that better than I used to.”
“I’m allowed to be proud of myself.”
You don’t have to become your biggest fan overnight.
Just stop being your biggest bully.
👉 Save this for the days when your inner critic gets a little too loud.
