In December, we typically speed up and have more on our to-do lists and calendars. So this month’s circle is designed to encourage you to create space for yourself too! You’re invited to slow down, compassionately reflect on the year, and savor resting together.

Having space to reflect on the year can help you acknowledge all you’ve done and become this year, so you can take the lessons and wisdom with you into the new year. So put down your to-do list for a night, grab your favorite blanket and journal, and join us for guided journaling and collective rest.
