A clinical mental health counselor and certified family life educator, Caryl helps people reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and their sense of peace. Her approach is trauma-informed, c

ompassionate, and practical — rooted in real life, not perfection. Outside of work, she’s happiest in the mountains, her garden, or surrounded by music and family… the things that keep her grounded and grateful. 🌿
