Yoga teachers and practitioners, Heidi Audet and Nerys Bayley, co-founded Chill Yoga in 2007 as a studio for the growing Yoga community of Lewiston/Auburn. Together they share the beautiful studio located in downtown Lewiston. We have a full schedule with a wide variety of offerings from regular ongoing classes to sessions and workshops. We offer virtual classes through Zoom, a new weekend "Yoga O

utdoors" Program for outdoor enthusiasts, and hybrid classes (Zoom/in person) in our studio at 182 Lisbon St. Teachers at Chill Yoga have studied and trained in different styles, and sometimes these might look quite distinct. But we are cognizant that the goal of Yoga is always the same whichever style we may practice or teach. Summer weekends at Chill are just beginning to heat up! 🔥

During June & July, an old favorite returns- Friday morning Sunrise Deck Yoga with Heidi on Pleasant Pond in Turner. Grab your mat, your sunscreen and shades,and enjoy the sounds of loons as you greet the morning sun. ✨️

A little later in the morning, Diane offers a well-filling Restorative Yoga to ease you into your Friday. Her 9:30 All Levels Vinyasa brings up the heat to move stagnation out of the body, and bring clarity to the mind.

Saturday and Sunday support you as you need. Saturdays's All Levels Vinyasa with Heidi intuitively guides your practice, and for our Moms-to-be, Prenatal Yoga provides you with gentle relief and connected community.
Our Free Community Yoga is back this Sunday morning, and Yin Yoga & Meditation with Lori settles you down so you can turn inward in preparation for the new week.
