Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Take accurate messages and deliver them to the appropriate party as soon as possible
• Perform data entry of new patient profiles and update existing ones in the database
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Receive and process payments
• Schedule appointments
• Filing, sort and distribute faxes and mail
• Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize work flow according to immediate demands in a fast-paced environment
• Must maintain confidentiality of patient care and records
• Great customer service skills

• Enthusiastic
• Reliable transportation as we do have three locations (Irmo, Lexington and Batesburg-Leesville)
