Good morning,

We wanted to make patients and families aware of an unexpected change to our typical schedule this week. Due to a family emergency, Dr. Jansen will be unable to be in clinic this Friday 8/7. As Dr. Warner was previously scheduled to be out of town, this regrettably means we will be unable to open fully on this day. Our nursing staff will be in the office on Friday until 1 PM to answer questions and otherwise provide assistance - they WILL NOT be able to see patients. Following 1 PM, should you have any urgent medical concerns, please contact us via the Lexington Medical Society Physician Exchange at (859) 278-0569. We will be open for our normally scheduled Saturday morning clinic.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this will cause and ask for your patience. Families who were previously scheduled for an appointment on 8/7 will be contacted by a member of our front office staff. We genuinely appreciate your understanding.

Happy Wednesday!

We hope everyone has been enjoying their summer so far. Just wanted to let our patients and families know what our schedule will look like for the coming Fourth of July weekend.

This coming Friday 7/3, we will be open for the MORNING ONLY. Much like a typical weekend day, we will be scheduling same-day sick visits beginning at 9 AM. We plan to close following the end of all scheduled visits that morning.

We will be CLOSED on Saturday 7/4 and will return for our normal hours on Monday 7/6. In the event of any true emergency, we urge you to call 911, but for any urgent concerns outside of our hours, please contact the Lexington Medical Society Physician Exchange at (859) 278-0569. Additionally, the University of Kentucky’s Twilight Clinic is available to schedule appointments from 10 AM - 3 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Happy National Nurses Day!

We wanted to say thank you to all of the nurses who are truly the heart and soul of the medical community. We especially appreciate Melissa, Charlene, Cara, Nicole, Kelly, and Grace (not to forget our wonderful MAs Madison and Tucker) and all of the work they do for us here in the office. Good Morning!

After assessing the situation with local roads we’ve made the decision to keep our office closed on Monday 1/26. We hope the conditions improve enough to allow us to open tomorrow on a normal schedule but we will need to re-evaluate this plan in the morning.

Good Evening!

We hope everyone has been able to weather this storm safely and keep their power on. After discussion and subject to change, we’ve made the decision to open our office at 1 PM tomorrow, January 26th. All patients with appointments tomorrow morning will be contacted by our front office to reschedule. If you’re scheduled to be seen tomorrow afternoon, we hope to see you as planned. Obviously if you feel you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call us and we will work to reschedule you.

Additionally, we will be open for same-day sick visits should the need arise - please call us after 12:30 PM if you need to come in. We may need to further adjust this plan based on the state of the roads tomorrow so we ask you to please bear with us. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Good Morning!

Like much of the commonwealth, we have been monitoring the potential upcoming winter storm. At this time, we are not planning on making any changes to our normally scheduled hours, including no changes to our typical Saturday morning clinic. Should the weather force schedule adjustments or closure, we will notify you via social media and local television networks.

Additionally, if we remain open but you feel you are unable to make your scheduled appointment or will need to reschedule, please call us at (859) 269-4604. Good evening!

We hope everyone has been able to enjoy a healthy and restful holiday season thus far. We wanted to make our patients and families aware of our upcoming schedule. We will be open as follows:

- Wednesday 12/24: 9 AM - 12 PM
- Thursday 12/25: CLOSED
- Wednesday 12/31: 9 AM - 12 PM
- Thursday 1/1: CLOSED

Happy Monday!

We’ve selected dates for our annual flu clinics! Staff will be available to administer flu vaccines to any patients on the evenings of Thursday September 9/25 and Thursday October 10/16 from 5-6 PM. We recommend an annual flu vaccine to greatly reduce the risk of complications, hospitalization, or mortality related to the flu in addition to potentially reducing the possibility of catching the flu in general. Appointments are necessary for these clinics - if you’d like to sign up for a time please call our office at (859) 269-4604.
