Another delightful adventure! Today, we visited a local orchard and had the pleasure of sampling fresh apples, apple cider, and apple donuts—what a truly enjoyable treat! On the way back, we couldn't help but drive through the Lexington airport and check out a couple of planes coming and going. 🍎🚗✈️

This afternoon, Beth conducted a lesson for us on how various bodily movements are connected to the brain—a session that included elements of mindfulness and yoga. We sincerely believe in providing a diverse range of brain and physical fitness opportunities for our residents.
