Bringing you all the deets on how we’re celebrating this month!! 🎈✨ Make sure you read til the end… ⬇️

✨ Friendly reminder that all drop ins are $15 until August 15th!! (With code 15DROPIN at checkout)

✨Our anniversary party will be Saturday the 15th! Special will be extra special with a savasana sound bath (with the lovely Courtney Wildroots) and a paaaarty! Expect delicious food, wellness shots, tea, cake and more! Oh and if special isn’t your practice, just come see us after! Party will start around 11:30! 🥳

✨ Saturday the 22nd we will go out on Lake Murray for a beautiful sunset SUP Yin & Yang Yoga practice! We’ll paddle, might make a splash, relax and unwind in a balanced practice under the sunset!🌅💦

✨ Saturday the 29th we will host a gentle swing practice and
floating sound bath! An immersive experience that will make you feel weightless!

✨ And because none of this could happen without you, we want to say thank you with our 15 days of gratitude raffle! Every time you get checked in for class you get an entry! The more you practice the more chances to win! Winners will be drawn during the party! 🎁✨

Just as the moon does not create its own light, but reflects the light of the sun, the guru does not give us something we do not already possess. They simply illuminate the path, carrying forward a light that was once shared with them, guiding us. And through practice, we honor this light.🌕

To every teacher who has come through our doors and shared this practice, thank you. Your light continues to shine through every soul you touch. ✨
