Movement is life and we are created to move. How much can we move together!?

Each Monday from now until June 29th drop your total WEEKLY steps in the COMMENTS section of our POST and we will count it towards our goal.
You will find the Guardian Gauge in the office to encourage our progress.

The Spinal Guardian has designated the remainder of May and all of June to challenge us to increase our activity, and in turn, helps to hydrate our spines.

Revive Tribe, we are Doing Health, Together, one step-at-a-time.
