We here at Liberty Health Care Center strive to care for the resident's of our community with a heart of service and caring. We offer both short and long-term care nursing services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, wound care, IV therapy, trach and respiratory care, fun and exciting outings and activities, just to name a few of our services.
