$11,400 to support Nebraskans affected by brain injury!

We're excited to share the final results of the Nebraska Medical Foundation's inaugural Community Giving Match Campaign benefiting the Brain Injury Association of Nebraska (BIA-NE)!

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, including a significant leadership gift, we raised $6,400, which was matched with an additional $5,000 from the Nebraska Medical Foundation, bringing the total contribution to $11,400!

These funds will support BIA-NE's important work providing education, advocacy, and resource facilitation to individuals and families navigating life after brain injury.

A special thank-you to BIA-NE Executive Director Peggy and her team for their partnership throughout this campaign, and to everyone who helped make this first-year initiative possible.

Together, we're making a difference in the health and well-being of Nebraskans

Tomorrow is National Donor Advised Fund (DAF) Day, an opportunity to highlight a simple and flexible way many donors support the causes that matter most to them.

A DAF allows donors to recommend grants to nonprofit organizations throughout the year.

If you have a DAF, the Nebraska Medical Foundation would be honored to be considered as part of your charitable giving. Gifts to the Foundation help support Nebraska physicians, medical students, and communities through physician wellness, scholarships, and other programs that strengthen the practice of medicine across our state.
