We are proud to announce the appointment of Kirsten Schloss as Chief Executive Officer, as Bryan Barrish transitions into an advisory and strategic leadership role.

As a second-generation leader of our family-founded organization, Kirsten brings both deep organizational knowledge and a vision for the future.

This transition reflects our ongoing commitment to stability, growth, and the values that have guided our organization for generations.
