Are you interested in becoming a New Patient at Davis Medical Group? You aren’t alone! We receive phone calls daily with questions regarding how to become a new patient at our office.

Here’s how:
1. Go to www.tylerinternalmedicine.com and click on “Become A Patient”
2. Enter in all necessary information. For provider, choose one of our three providers here in our Lindale Office - Anthony Davis MD, Kelly Cox FNP or Jessica Johnson FNP
3. Submit and wait for us to call you! This process can take up to 7-10 business days but once it’s complete, we will reach out to get you scheduled for your appointment.

You can also come by and see the ladies at the front desk during business hours and fill out paperwork in person, if you would like.

We have appointments available for current patients same day right now, with all three providers here Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm and Fridays, 8 am through Noon. We do not accept walk ins, so please give us a call if you need an appointment!

SNOW DAY SNOW DAY SNOW DAY
We have always had a policy of closing if LISD chooses to close - therefore we will be closed today for the safety of you our patients and our staff. I know the morning wont be bad but when the snow hits its supposed to hit hard so please please be safe stay off the roads as much as possible. We will let you know about Friday as soon as we are clear on the weather situation. Dr Davis
