🤕 Tension headaches often start from tight muscles in the neck and shoulders — especially if you spend long hours at a desk or on your phone.

One quick thing to try today:
✔️ Pull your shoulders back and down
✔️ Gently tuck your chin straight back
✔️ Hold 3 seconds and repeat 5 times

If the tightness keeps returning, dry needling can help target trigger points that may be contributing to pain and stiffness.
