September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, a time to bring attention to a topic that touches nearly every community, whether or not it's openly discussed. This month, we're focusing on su***de prevention: recognizing warning signs, understanding risk factors, and knowing how to respond when someone is struggling. Su***de is preventable, and awareness plays a real role in that prevention, whether it's a friend checking in, a coworker noticing a change, or a community investing in accessible mental health resources.

One of our goals with our Free Credible Mind Platform is to equip people with practical knowledge and reduce the silence that often surrounds this topic, so more people feel comfortable reaching out for help or offering it to someone else.
