With more than 14 years of service at IMPOWER, Marcie has played a significant role in expanding our behavioral health services, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing innovative approaches to care. She brings a deep commitment to our mission and a vision for continued growth and impact.

Marcie succeeds Anna Kesic, who will retire at the end of 2026 after more than 32 years in behavioral health, including 18 years as IMPOWER's CEO. We proudly recognize Anna's distinguished career and exceptional service to IMPOWER. 💜

📚 Fun fact about Kelle! A New Smyrna Beach resident, Kelle loves spending time by the ocean and is also an accomplished writer! Her newest poetry collection, Book of Miracles, will be published by the University of Pittsburgh Press in March 2027!
