Puffy, foggy, heavy, and can’t sleep? TCM has a word for that. It’s called dampness.

In TCM, dampness builds in the body when the Spleen system is overburdened. It shows up as that heavy, sluggish, cloudy feeling that follows you through the day and makes it hard to truly rest at night.
These three acupressure points are classically used to support the body in clearing dampness and settling the mind before bed.

Press or massage in small circles for 30 to 60 seconds on each side. Try all three before bed. Consistent use is key.

You’ve tried everything and you’re still waking up at the same time every night. TCM has a theory for why.

In TCM, your body runs on a 24-hour organ clock. Each window of the night is connected to a different organ system, and when something is out of balance, that system can pull you out of sleep right on schedule.
1 to 3 AM? That’s Liver hour. Stress, emotions, and Qi flow. 3 to 5 AM? Lung hour. Breath, tension, and letting go.

When your body goes into the night more balanced, it’s less likely to wake you up during those key windows. That’s exactly what Relax + Sleep is designed to support.

Save this if you’re a 3 AM waker 🌙

your wind-down routine just got a glow up ✨ We turned our Relax + Sleep into homemade marshmallows and honestly? best decision we’ve made.
Melt one in your nightly tea or eat it straight from the pan (no judgment), or just save it for a cozy night in. However you enjoy it, the red date goodness is all in there.

Recipe:
3 tbsp (20g) confectioners’ sugar
1.5 tbsp (12g) cornstarch
1.5 packets (10.5g) unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup (120ml) cold water, divided
1/2 cup (160g) light corn syrup
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 to 3 sachets Relax + Sleep

Sift and mix the confectioners’ sugar and cornstarch, dust a greased 8x8 glass pan, and set aside. Bloom the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Cook the remaining water, corn syrup, granulated sugar, and salt over medium heat until it reaches 235 to 240°F, then let sit for 5 minutes. Slowly pour the hot syrup into the gelatin with the mixer on low, increase to high, and whip 10 to 15 minutes until white and fluffy. Half way through mix in Relax + sleep and the vanilla. pour into the pan, smooth the top, and let set uncovered for at least 6 hours. dust a surface with the remaining coating, invert, cut into squares, and enjoy.

The reason your skin looks tired has nothing to do with your skincare routine.

Poor sleep weakens your skin barrier, slows collagen production, and spikes cortisol. That is what inflammation and premature aging actually look like.

In TCM, 1 to 3 AM is Liver time. The window where blood is filtered, stress hormones are processed, and skin renewal happens. If you are waking up then, your body is not getting through that repair cycle. And it shows.

This herb is 50 times sweeter than sugar. But no one talks about it regularly.

Licorice root, or Gan Cao, is TCM’s quiet backbone herb. Its whole job is to balance a formula — bringing the other ingredients together so nothing feels too harsh or overpowering.

If your evenings feel restless, this one’s for you.
In TCM, longan is used to nourish Heart blood and quiet an overactive mind. It has a naturally sweet, floral quality that makes it one of the most beloved ingredients for an evening wind-down. Especially if you tend to overthink, feel emotionally drained, or just can’t seem to shift out of the day.

Paired with Relax + Sleep’s red date blend, this isn’t about knocking yourself out. It’s about giving your body the signal that it’s safe to slow down.

Ingredients:
1 NOOCI Relax + Sleep sachet
5 dried longan
½ cup hot water
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp brown sugar (or to taste)

How to make:
Steep the longan in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes until the water turns a warm amber. Strain into your mug, then add hot milk and your Relax + Sleep sachet. Stir in brown sugar to taste. Froth or stir until fully dissolved.

Bloated, foggy, and exhausted even after a full night of sleep? In TCM, that’s not a mystery. It could be a sign that your body is holding on to too much heaviness, what TCM calls dampness, and it quietly affects how deeply you can rest. Watch this. 🌿

If you’re tired but wired at night, this is for you. In TCM, it’s not just about sleep. Your body actually has to feel ready for it. This is why we like adding bananas into a nighttime drink like this.

Banana is considered cooling and moistening, which means it can help ease that restless, overactive feeling when your body feels a little too “on” at night. Especially if you run warm, overthink, or feel unsettled before bed.
Paired with Relax + Sleep, it’s less about knocking yourself out, and more about helping your body actually wind down.

Ingredients
1 sachet Relax + Sleep
3/4 slices of banana
3/4 cup of milk of choice
Touch of honey (optional)

How to make:
Mash the bananas until smooth in a cup, add a little hot milk and froth until smooth, then add Relax + Sleep and rest of the milk. Froth until blended. Add a touch of cinnamon if you like.

Can’t shut your mind off at night? In TCM, that “tired but wired” feeling can be linked to stuck stress, also known as Liver Qi stagnation. That’s where bupleurum root, or chai hu, comes in. Traditionally used to support the smooth flow of Qi, bupleurum helps the body feel less tense, less wound up, and more able to let go.

Instead of forcing sleep, we look at what’s keeping your body from settling in the first place. That’s why we added bupleurum root to Relax + Sleep, our melatonin-free nightly ritual made with calming TCM herbs + GABA to support deeper wind-down, without the groggy wake-up.
