"After doing extensive research, NVISION seemed to be one of the best LASIK centers in the area, and my experience absolutely did not disappoint! My pre-consultation with Courtney was incredibly thorough and helpful. She patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns, which made me feel much more confident about moving forward. The pre-op appointment and surgery itself also went very smoothly. I have a high prescription—around -7.0 to -7.5—and was initially worried about whether I would be a good candidate for LASIK. However, the team did an excellent job carefully evaluating my corneal thickness and ensuring that the procedure could be performed safely. They also made the entire process feel smooth and painless. I slept for about 12 hours after the surgery, and my vision was already 20/20 on the first day! Every team member I interacted with was caring, professional, and attentive. PRK Surgery (Photorefractive Keratectomy) is typically recommended for people with thin corneas and provides visual results that are very similar to LASIK and SMILE.
