A look back at a great few days in Monterey! 🌊👁️

Advanced Vision Care was proud to attend the 2026 Women in Ophthalmology Summer Symposium, which brought together ophthalmologists and leaders from across the field for education, innovation, mentorship, and meaningful connections.

A new option in Presbyopic IOLs: What has Dr. Fram excited? 👁️

FineVision’s newest presbyopia-correcting lens is now available in the U.S. after years of use internationally. In Part 1, Dr. Fram discusses what makes this lens stand out, including its stability, broad range of vision, and notably smooth defocus curve.

One feature he finds particularly promising? It has the ability to provide near vision for some low-myopic patients while maintaining a broad range of focus.

Dr. Fram also discusses the lens design and implantation technique, including why proper positioning matters for achieving optimal stability.
