Launch To Wellness

Launch To Wellness Mental Health & Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Treatment Center She knows firsthand how much human connection matters in the recovery process.

Launch to Wellness was founded by Larisa Krichevsky, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), healthcare provider, and educator with years of experience in mental health treatment and addiction recovery. But long before the credentials, there was a personal story—Larisa's own journey of healing shaped everything this center stands for today. How hope can change the course of a life. And ho

w resilience, compassion, and trauma-informed care aren't just clinical ideas—they're the things that actually help people come home to themselves. That belief became Launch to Wellness: a mental health and substance use treatment center where individuals and families find real support as they work through addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Because healing rarely happens in isolation—family therapy and family involvement are part of the story, too, and we treat them that way. Today, Launch to Wellness combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion, offering innovative, evidence-based treatment, dual diagnosis care, and holistic recovery services for everyone walking the path toward wellness. 🧡

The boys we medicate. The girls we miss. The attention we're all losing.

So much of what shows up as adult addiction, anxiety, or depression traces back to an ADHD that was never recognized — or never treated well.

Larisa Krichevsky's latest article looks at why this happens, who gets overlooked, and what actually helps beyond medication.

Read it here ⬇️

The Boys We Medicate, the Girls We Miss, and the Attention We're All Losing Rethinking ADHD in a Distracted World There is a quiet pipeline running through our schools, our families, and eventually our treatment centers. It begins with a restless child who cannot sit still, or a daydreaming child wh

You're not lazy.
You're not unmotivated.
You're not failing to "do the work."

If trauma has made it hard to picture your future, set goals, or imagine things getting better — there's a real neurobiological reason for that.

And there's a real path forward.

Read Larisa Krichevsky's latest article on trauma, metacognition, and what genuine healing actually requires.

In my clinical work with trauma survivors, the most disabling symptom of unresolved trauma is rarely the one people come in talking about. It's not the flashbacks.

"The most successful professionals I've ever worked with were not the ones who never slowed down. They were the ones who finally did."

In her latest article, our CEO Larisa Krichevsky writes about what balance really means for high-achieving professionals — and why it's not a luxury, it's a clinical requirement.

If you've been pushing through and wondering how much longer you can keep going, this one is for you.

Balance isn't a wellness trend. It's a clinical necessity. High-achieving professionals don't burn out because they're weak. They burn out because they kept going long past the point their mind and body were asking them to stop. The most successful people I've worked with weren't the ones who never....

We’re honored to have been a community partner at the Our House event—an experience that holds deep meaning for our team. 🧡

Nearly 15 years ago, OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center provided support to one of our own during a time of profound loss. Walking the Memory Walk with her children was a moment of healing that left a lasting impact.

To return all these years later as a community partner is a powerful full-circle moment. We’re grateful to support this incredible organization and the families they serve as they navigate grief and healing.

Participating as a community partner at the OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center event was both an incredible and deeply personal experience. Nearly 15 years ago, after losing my husband, Our House became a true lifeline for my family.

In her latest article, our CEO Larisa Krichevsky explores how unprocessed trauma and chronic stress can show up in the body as very real physical symptoms—even when medical tests come back “normal.”

Many clients cycle through specialists only to be told “nothing is wrong,” while still experiencing very real physical symptoms. In my latest piece, I explore how unprocessed trauma and chronic stress can manifest in the body as psychosomatic conditions and why traditional models often miss this...

Mental health and substance use challenges don't happen in isolation. They're shaped by the people and patterns around us.

One person often becomes the "identified patient," carrying what the whole family is feeling. But real healing isn't a solo journey. When families are supported, they can become the most powerful part of recovery.

Read Larisa Krichevsky's latest article on why healing happens together. 🧡

I have never treated a client in isolation. Not really.

🚀MEET THE STAFF🚀Meet the Team 🤍

Introducing Eliza Davis, our Intake Coordinator, and Jackie Heckmaster, our Director of Admissions. These are often the first two people you connect with when beginning treatment, and they set the tone for what care looks like at Launch to Wellness.

Eliza and Jackie bring warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine understanding into every conversation. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and help accommodate your needs as you step into your recovery journey. Their goal is to make what can feel overwhelming feel a little more grounded, supportive, and human from the very start.

We’re grateful for the care and intention they bring to our community every day.
