Yesterday we honored and celebrated my father’s life with a beautiful Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath. It was such a meaningful experience, beyond anything I could have wished for. ❤️

Thank you to my beautiful friends for supporting me unconditionally. Despite having your own challenges and busy lives, you took the time to show up, hold space, and simply be there with me. I will never forget it.

Thank you, Luz. You are truly a gift. Thank you for guiding us through such a beautiful experience and for sharing the sacred medicine of cacao, allowing us to open our hearts, connect, feel, and heal together.

And thank you, my dear Michel Tyabji , for opening your magical garden and allowing us to create such a beautiful and sacred space there.

Yesterday reminded me that even in grief, there can be so much love, beauty, connection, laughter, and gratitude.

We celebrated my Dad exactly the way I wanted to remember him with open hearts, surrounded by love. ❤️

My Dad passed away 🥲, and my heart is both broken and full at the same time.

He was a great man, deeply loved by so many. He had a smile that could light up any room and a presence that made everyone feel special. His heart was generous, always giving, always of service. It feels too soon, he was still strong, still full of life. A stroke took him, and just two weeks later, he was gone.

There is that feeling of “it was too soon,” and maybe there always will be. But I also feel so grateful. I truly enjoyed every moment I had with him. We were so close, and we shared so much laughter, so many memories that I will carry with me forever.

I saw him in a dream, he came to me in his body of light and hugged me. In that moment, I knew he was at peace, in heaven, no longer suffering. That gave me a deep sense of comfort.

I will miss him more than words can express, but I also feel peace knowing he is reunited with the loved ones who went before him.

I love you, Dad. Forever and always. Yarita 🌟💜

Just as nature awakens after the winter, we are invited to release what we have been carrying and reconnect with our deeper truth.

On March 22, we will gather in sacred space to honor the Spring Equinox, connect with the wisdom of the Earth, and open the door to new beginnings.

This ceremony is an opportunity to:

• Receive clarity and insight
