Babies born yesterday, today, and tomorrow (Sept. 10-12) will have this placement in their birth chart. Between the 13th-16th, it’s still present but not as tight of an orb. On Sept. 17, Chiron retrogrades back into Aries and then forms a quincunx with Venus in Scorpio. That’s a minor aspect but it’s much more painful than the opposition.

Mercury is the ruler of this New Moon so is affecting Virgo and Gemini. The latter gets a double whammy because Uranus is now retrograde in that sign. Mercury entered Libra while Venus went into Scorpio and immediately opposed Chiron in Ta**us.

Degrees DO matter so get that New Moon Reading to see how everything is affecting you personally.

If you have planets, points, or angles around 18° (especially Mutable signs), 0° (especially Fixed signs), and 5° (again, Mutable signs but particularly Gemini), I really recommend getting a New Moon Reading!

Today the Moon is in Cancer and squaring Saturn and Neptune in Aries. Both of those aspects indicates a mother wound. This is one of the first things I look for before I do any reading. Parental wounds run deep — and we all have them. Some are more painful than others. Some are more obvious. To the people who say, “I had a great childhood. My parents are great.” I respond back with “Let me take a gander at your birth chart.” Most of us had wounded parents with trauma of their own who never went to therapy. So you can spin it all you want — there’s a parental wound.

The Moon is in Gemini and squaring the Sun and Mercury in Virgo. Perfect storm for heated arguments, drama, and chaos. I’ve said this a thousand times and I’ll say it again — I don’t think people really truly get how unhinged the undiagnosed are with Uranus in Gemini. Fire and Air energy doesn’t play.

Maybe that needs to be a separate post.
