This is what Preservé looks like in a real patient! 🍒

This young patient had a great natural breast foundation, but she simply wanted more volume in her upper pole. A traditional augmentation would have augmented the entire breast, giving her more size than she wanted. Preservé made it possible to target exactly where she needed volume without disturbing what was already working beautifully.

Dr. Liu placed a 220CC Motiva implant precisely in the upper inner quadrant, recruiting the lower breast naturally to create a full, balanced result through a one-inch incision. At one week post-op, the harmony is already visible, with softening and settling still ahead.

To achieve the same result with a traditional technique, a 300CC+ implant would have been required. With Preservé, less truly delivers more.
