Father’s Day can feel complicated when your father is no longer here.
While the world is celebrating, you may be carrying sadness, anger, longing… or simply trying to make it through the weekend.
That’s why I created Grounded in Grief: Facing Father’s Day.
On Saturday, June 13th, we’ll gather at Broad Run Park in Louisville for a gentle, supportive outdoor grief experience designed for those navigating the loss of a father or father figure.
Together, we’ll participate in grounding activities, a guided release ritual, and intentional moments of reflection and connection in nature.
Whether your loss is recent or years old, you are welcome here.
Registration is completely free, and detailed meeting information will be provided after you sign up.

I hope to see you there.
