Nazareth Home is an award-winning, nonprofit long-term care and recovery community where elders are empowered to explore the joy of living.

Nazareth Home was established in 1976 as a healthcare ministry sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. Today, Nazareth Home is an award-winning, 5-star rated long-term care and rehabilitation organization that provides person-centered health and wellness services for adults and families. With two campuses in Louisville, Ky., Nazareth Home enriches the lives of its patients through personal care, memory care, rehabilitation-to-home, and long-term care programs. Yesterday, our Clifton nursing team put their skills into action with a little friendly competition and a lot of hands-on learning! Our board game-themed nursing competency event brought the team together to strengthen skills, reinforce safe practices, and learn in a fun, collaborative environment, all in support of exceptional care for our residents.

Did you know that according to the American Cancer Society, 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime? At Nazareth Home, we want honor those affected by breast cancer this month, and make breast cancer part of the conversation every day. Talk to your healthcare provider about your personal risk and screening options and encourage your loved ones to do the same. Caring for ourselves and one another starts with awareness.
