Feeling safe isn't only about your surroundings, It's also about protecting your peace of mind.

An emotional safety plan is a reminder that your feelings matter. It can help you prepare for difficult moments, identify healthy ways to cope, and remind you of the people and resources that can offer support when you need it most.

Healing looks different for everyone, and every step you take toward caring for yourself is meaningful. You don't have to face it alone. 💜
