CPR isn’t just a rate — it’s blood flow.

Most providers remember 100–120 compressions per minute, but high-quality CPR is more than memorizing numbers. At Central Valley Medical Education, we teach the why behind the skill so healthcare providers understand how rate, recoil, filling time, and perfusion all work together.

When CPR is too fast, it can feel productive; but faster does not always mean better. Quality matters. Technique matters. Training matters.

🔥 Train with CVME and sharpen the skills that matter when seconds count.

We offer real-world healthcare provider training, including:

✅ BLS
✅ ACLS
✅ PALS
✅ CPR training
✅ And more

🚨 Would YOU know what to do if someone's heart suddenly stopped beating? 🚨

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can DOUBLE or even TRIPLE a person's chance of survival during sudden cardiac arrest—but only if someone knows how to use it.
How to use an AED:
✅ Turn it on and follow the prompts
✅ Expose the chest and place pads as shown
✅ Make sure pads are connected to the AED
✅ Clear the person when the AED says “shock advised”
✅ After shock, resume CPR immediately
