Today we honor Juneteenth — a celebration of freedom, resilience, and Black history in America.

We recognize the importance of this day and the ongoing work toward equity and justice.

We also want to take a moment to welcome The Center for Black Excellence and Culture to Madison, which opened early in May 2026.
