As we gather in the energy of the Autumn Equinox, light and darkness meet in equal measure, inviting us to explore the dance of strength and softness, power and grace, action and receptivity, the masculine and the feminine.

And with the Full Moon approaching just two days later, we gather in a potent time of illumination, clarity, and release.

Through movement, music, ceremony, and sacred sisterhood, we will listen deeply to the wisdom of the body, release what is draining our life force, and reconnect with what we know to be true.

We will work with the Sword of Discernment as a symbolic tool for cutting through what clouds our clarity.

When you remember who you are, something changes.

The way you move through the world changes.
The way you meet another changes.
The way you love, create, listen, and participate changes.

And it doesn’t stop with you.

Your remembrance touches the field.

One person becomes more present.
Another feels it.
Something awakens.
Something ripples outward.

This is why we gather.

Not simply for our own healing or awakening, but because what happens within each of us becomes part of what we bring to one another.

What we embody matters.
What we remember matters.

We are the field.

And perhaps remembering who we are, together, changes what becomes possible for all of us.

There are places that remind us how to slow down.

For me, it's the Northwoods.

A quiet lake.
A gentle breeze.
The sound of loons across the water.
A dock where nothing is expected except your presence.

It reminds me that some of the most meaningful moments in life happen when we stop trying to do more and simply allow ourselves to be.

That's why I continue to create ceremony.

Not to escape life—but to return to it with greater clarity, presence, and intention.

On Saturday, August 8, we'll gather beneath the Lionsgate Portal for an intimate evening of ceremonial cacao, ecstatic dance, conscious breath, Life Arrows, and a shamanic fire ritual.

We'll move, breathe, laugh, reflect, connect, and consciously plant new seeds for what we're ready to create.

We’re in a waxing phase, moving toward the Beltane Full Moon — a potent time of fire, fertility, and expression. This is not subtle energy. It’s alive. It’s potent. It’s asking you to step forward and meet your life more fully.

🔥 Beltane Full Moon Fire Ceremony

For thousands of years humans have gathered around the fire to pray, release, and begin again.

On the Beltane Full Moon we will gather in ceremony to burn what is complete and breathe new intentions into the next chapter.

Bring a Death Arrow — a decorated stick holding prayers, intentions, or energies you’re ready to release. Decorate it with flowers, herbs, twine, or small pieces of paper and breathe your prayers into it before offering it to the fire.

You’re also invited to bring a rattle, shaker, drumsticks, or another small sound maker so we can build the ceremonial rhythm together. I’ll be holding the drum as we weave prayer and rhythm around the fire.
