Motiva Round or Motiva Ergonomix—which one is right for you? Is Motiva even right for you???

The answer is not simply based on implant size. It depends on your breast width, tissue coverage, desired projection, and the look you want to achieve AND your activity level.

In my new guide, I explain the different Motiva implant styles and why I often use a tissue-preserving subfascial technique designed to maintain the natural breast fold, reduce unnecessary muscle trauma, and create a more settled early result.

The right implant should fit your body—not force your body to fit the implant.

Which result do you prefer: softer and natural, or fuller and more projected?

Strength isn’t just built in the gym. Sometimes it’s restored in the operating room.

What makes this transformation remarkable isn’t simply what you see in the before-and-after photos. It’s her mindset.

From the very beginning, she approached surgery with optimism, realistic expectations, and a commitment to doing her part throughout recovery. That perspective matters. The best outcomes are achieved when excellent surgery is paired with a healthy mindset.

As an active mom, her goal wasn’t to become someone else. She wanted to restore the strength and function that pregnancy had changed. By repairing her diastasis recti and ventral hernia, we were able to reinforce her core, restore her anatomy, and help her return to the active lifestyle she loves with greater strength and confidence.

Plastic surgery isn’t about rewriting your story or changing who you are.

It’s about redeeming what time, life, and circumstance have changed.

Some friendships are forged by circumstance. Others are built on shared purpose.

More than a decade ago, I had the privilege of meeting my friend Seger S. Morris, DO, MBA through the American Osteopathic Association ’s Training in Policy Studies (TIPS) program in partnership with the New York Institute of Technology. Since then, I have admired not only his intellect, but also his character.

Seger is one of the most thoughtful leaders in osteopathic medicine that I know—eloquent, kind, humble, and remarkably sharp. He has an exceptional ability to identify inefficiencies in healthcare while never losing sight of what matters most: improving the patient experience and delivering better care.

It was great catching up with him and celebrating the release of his new book, Let Me Lead. If you’re interested in leadership, healthcare innovation, or becoming a more effective professional, I highly recommend adding it to your reading list.

Grateful for friendships that challenge us to think bigger, lead better, and serve others well.

Can you combine liposuction with a breast reduction? Absolutely—and in the right patient, it can make an excellent result even better.

Breast reduction isn’t just about making the breasts smaller. It’s about creating balance, proportion, and an overall silhouette that fits your body.

After reducing and lifting the breasts, fullness around the upper abdomen, bra line, or underarm area can sometimes become more noticeable. Strategic liposuction can help smooth those transitions and create a more harmonious contour from every angle.

The key is selecting the right patient and performing these procedures safely. While many insurance plans cover medically necessary breast reduction surgery, liposuction performed for contour enhancement is considered cosmetic and is typically not covered.

Every surgical plan should be individualized—because the goal isn’t just a smaller breast… it’s a better overall result.

Have you ever wondered what procedures are commonly combined with a breast reduction? Drop your questions below—I may answer yours in my next video.

GLP-1s. Peptides. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

There is a lot of noise online—here’s where I stand.

✅ GLP-1 medications have strong scientific evidence and have transformed the treatment of obesity and metabolic disease. Protecting muscle mass with resistance training and adequate protein is essential.

✅ HRT can be an outstanding option for carefully selected patients and may help maintain muscle, bone health, and quality of life when appropriately monitored.

⚠️ Peptides are intriguing and show promise, but many still need larger, long-term studies before they become part of routine practice.

My philosophy is simple: I don’t follow hype—I follow evidence.

Whatever treatment you choose, make sure it is guided by a qualified physician who knows your medical history and has your long-term health in mind.

What questions do you have about GLP-1s, HRT, or peptides? Leave them below. 👇

My staff gave me a new nickname today… Mr. Magoo. 😂

I had to Google him because I honestly couldn’t remember who he was.

Once I saw the picture… I had to admit they may have had a point. 😅

The difference is these aren’t for fashion—they’re for function.

Better optics.
Better visualization.
Better outcomes.

Every detail matters when you’re operating.

Now settle the debate…
