MPT offers instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) to help address soft tissue restrictions, improve mobility, and help you move more comfortably! 💪🏾

IASTM can be used as part of your physical therapy treatment to complement your individualized plan of care, or you can schedule it as a standalone wellness service with the Recovery Room if you're simply looking for some extra support with muscle tension and mobility.

Medicare open enrollment is here!

The plan you choose today can impact your healthcare and finances for the entire year ahead. Take the time to understand your options before making a decision!

From provider networks, to additional out-of-pocket costs, prescription drug coverage, and access to the care you need, there’s more to consider than just the monthly premium of a plan.

💡A few things to ask yourself:
-Are my preferred healthcare providers in-network?
-What will my care, prescriptions, and out-of-pocket expenses cost in addition to my monthly premium?
-Does this plan fit my current needs and the care I may need in the year ahead?
-Do I understand the differences between Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans, and Medicare Advantage plans?

Different plans offer different benefits, costs, and rules. The goal is to find coverage that fits your health needs, your preferred access to care, and your budget.

Thank you, Madison School District, for including us in your career fair!

We had a great time connecting with students and introducing them to the world of physical therapy!

Students learned how physical therapists help people improve their strength, balance, mobility, and overall function—and how PT can help people of all ages get back to the activities they love. They also got to ask questions, explore what a career in PT can look like, and put their reaction skills to the test with our fun BlazePod challenge! 🙌

A big thank-you to everyone who stopped by our booth, asked questions, and learned something new!

We love being part of this community and getting to inspire the next generation!
