Your home has the potential to be so much more than just the place you live.

What if your environment was intentionally designed to support how you feel?

Clean air. Purified water. Circadian lighting. Grounding. Calming sound. Even personalized wellness tools built right into your space.

I loved hearing Bill Quateman's vision for creating healing sanctuary homes, because this is exactly the conversation we need to be having more often.

Our home environment plays a role in our health. And I believe the future of wellness is about creating spaces that don't just look good, but actually help us live well. 🪴

Feeling good while you're here is the goal. 🌿 Bill Quateman of Advanced BioCell and I had such a great conversation about creating health proactively, understanding what your body actually needs, and building an environment that supports your energy and healing.

One of my favorite concepts was PeakSpan. It's not just about how long you live. It's about how well you live while you're here.

We also talked about slowing down, getting quiet, asking yourself better questions, and creating a home and life that truly support your well-being.

Your health shouldn't only get your attention when you're forced to chase it backwards.🤍

When you're trying to create a healthier home, it's easy to feel like you have to figure it all out on your own. 🌿 The truth is that you don't.

One of my favorite takeaways from this conversation with Brian Johnson of SENERGY360 is that sometimes the best first step is simply getting a clear picture of what's happening in your home.

A building biologist can help identify things you may never think to look for, like EMFs, indoor air quality, water quality, mold, or even whether your bed is sitting next to a hidden source of magnetic fields.

You don't have to tackle everything at once. Start with awareness. Gather information. Then make one change at a time.

Honored to be featured on The Well podcast for a conversation that is especially close to my heart. 🤍

We talked about resilience, healing, my own wellness journey, and what decades of listening to my body have taught me about creating a life and home that truly support our health.

We also dove into infrared sauna, wellness in midlife, and the idea that healing doesn’t always mean pushing harder. Sometimes it means learning to support ourselves better.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my story and hopefully encourage another woman to get curious about her own health and what might help her feel better.

I've been saying for years that our homes have the power to support healing, but this conversation took that idea to a whole new level!

Brian Johnson of SENERGY360 isn't just building healthy homes. He's reimagining what an entire wellness-focused community can look like through ELEMENT.🪴

From intentional design to a deep connection with nature, every decision is centered around creating spaces that help people feel their best while they live their everyday lives.

It's an inspiring reminder that the future of wellness isn't just about what we do inside our homes. It's also about the environments we create and the communities we're building together.

This is one conversation I won't be forgetting anytime soon.

Most of us never stop to think about the quality of the light we're living under every day.

But our lighting does more than simply help us see. It can influence our circadian rhythm, support (or disrupt) our nervous system, and become another piece of the wellness puzzle inside our homes.

One thing I loved about my conversation with Brian Johnson of SENERGY360 is that he reminds us to get curious instead of making assumptions. Whether it's understanding the difference between "junk light" and full-spectrum lighting or taking a closer look at how solar power can actually be designed to support a healthier home, there's so much more to the conversation than most of us realize.

The more I learn, the more I'm reminded that creating a home that heals isn't about perfection. It's about making informed choices, one step at a time.🌿

Have you ever thought about how the lighting in your home might be impacting how you feel?

Designed with your health in mind. ♨️ Clearlight True Wave™ heaters, the ones found in the Infrared Saunas, were specifically designed for one thing only: the careful, deep heating of the human body.

The heaters surround the body, even the lower leg (below the bench).

That‘s to ensure the safest, deepest body heating possible.

Also note: the heat is directed to the body, not the head. Why?
To put the heat exactly where it’s needed.

Created by Dr. Raleigh Duncan, these heaters produce the right
kind of far infrared heat to safely raise the core body temperature, and in turn, initiate the sweat / detoxification process.

When we think about healing, most of us start with food, supplements, or fitness. 🪴 What if one of the biggest influences on our health is actually the home we live in?

I love this chat with Brian Johnson of SENERGY360 for a conversation that goes far beyond non-toxic paint and water filters. We explore how the spaces we live in can either support healing or quietly work against it.

We talk about healthy building science, EMFs, indoor air quality, water, lighting, the energetic intention behind a home, and why creating environments that truly nourish us is becoming one of the most important conversations in wellness.

✨If you've ever wondered whether your home could be impacting your health, this episode is a beautiful place to begin.

Morning sauna can help you start the day grounded. Evening sauna can help you let it go. 🔥

If you’re using your sauna at night, just give your body a little time to cool down before heading to bed.

There’s no perfect sauna schedule. ✨ It’s about finding what feels good for your body and works with your life.
