From amazing food to classic ice cream treats, it was the perfect way to welcome summer and enjoy a little taste of tradition together. We want to share a special moment captured in a few photos from one of our recent trips. This resident has been working incredibly hard to build up his strength, and we were able to coordinate for the Activity Director to join him during therapy to support a very meaningful personal goal.
His motivation has been to return to his beach house on Moody Beach in Wells, Maine, a place that brings him so much joy. Thanks to his determination and the support of our team, he was able to make that visit happen, making it a truly rewarding experience.
We are excited to continue supporting what matters most to him. Later this week, we are planning another trip so he can enjoy one of his favorite traditions: visiting his favorite chowder house in Wells and feeding the seagulls with his leftovers. The Courville at Nashua kicked off Memorial Weekend with our first cookout of the season. Even when the temperatures dipped, the celebration kept going as we moved the party into our Main Dining Room. Residents and staff still enjoyed freshly grilled hamburgers and hot dogs while spending time with friends, neighbors, and new faces. Great food, great company, and a wonderful way to start the holiday weekend together

Pet therapy reached new heights at Aynsley Place! We’ve welcomed police dogs, comfort dogs, and plenty of friendly neighborhood pups over the years, but this was our very first bird visit, and residents and staff absolutely loved it. Everyone had a wonderful time learning about this incredible animal and enjoying such a unique experience together.
And the fun isn’t stopping there. We’re already looking forward to visits from alpacas this summer and baby Highland cows this fall!
Never a dull moment at Aynsley Place, and so much to be thankful for.

Rain may have disrupted outdoor plans, but it didn’t dampen the spirit of Memorial Day at Aynsley Place. Residents and staff came together for a day filled with prize bingo, raffles, watching the parade together, honoring our fallen heroes with a moment of silence, and enjoying a traditional barbecue. A meaningful day spent celebrating community, remembrance, and gratitude.

The Courville at Nashua turned back the clock for Nursing Home Week with a totally rad 1980s celebration complete with big hair, bold colors, and unforgettable smiles. From the fun outfits to the laughter shared throughout the day, it was a wonderful way to celebrate residents, staff, and the joy of community.
