Past Life Regression is often surrounded by curiosity, mystery, and questions.

This hypnosis-based experience uses deep relaxation and guided imagery to explore personal narratives, symbolic material, emotions, and meaning that may emerge during the process.

It is not intended to prove whether a past life is historically real. Instead, the therapeutic value can come from what the experience brings forward — recurring themes, emotional patterns, unresolved feelings, inner wisdom, or new perspectives.

For some people, Past Life Regression can offer a powerful way to explore the deeper layers of the self through symbolism, imagination, and insight.

Curious about what may emerge when you quiet the mind and explore beneath the surface?

Mental health treatment does not always have to rely on one single intervention.

Wellbeing is influenced by many parts of life — movement, rest, connection, creativity, time in nature, breath practices, mindfulness, therapy, and appropriate medical support can all play a role.

The most effective plan is often not the most complicated one.
It is the one that fits your needs, your life, and what you can realistically sustain.

Healing can have more than one path — and your care should reflect the whole person you are.

Save this reminder and explore what kind of support may be right for you.

When emotions feel overwhelming, it can be hard to know what to do next.

ACT offers a grounding skill called Dropping Anchor — a simple way to steady yourself when thoughts, feelings, or body sensations feel intense.

Try this three-step practice:

1. Acknowledge what is present without judging it.
2. Connect with your body by pressing your feet into the floor or noticing your breath.
3. Engage with the world around you by naming what you can see, hear, and touch.

The goal is not to make the emotion disappear.
The goal is to create enough steadiness to stay present and choose your next step with intention.

Save this skill and try it the next time you feel emotionally overwhelmed.

What if healing didn’t always have to start with finding the right words?

Some therapeutic approaches invite you to pay attention to movement, physical sensations, mindfulness, or other ways of connecting with what you’re experiencing.
There is no single approach that fits everyone. Finding what resonates with you is part of the process.

Share this with someone who might find it helpful!

Sometimes grounding starts with something as simple as noticing where you are and what you feel in your body.

These techniques require no equipment and can be practiced almost anywhere when you want to reconnect with the present moment.

Save this reel so you can come back and practice them when you need a grounding moment.

Sometimes growth asks us to pause and pay attention.

What is supporting you?
What is no longer helping?
What are you being invited to stay open to next?

Today’s affirmation:
I trust myself to notice what is helping, release what isn’t, and remain open to what comes next.

You do not need to have every answer right away. You can listen, adjust, and move forward one mindful step at a time.

Save this for the week ahead and share it with someone who may need this reminder today.

Mental health care does not have to be limited to one approach.

At Blue Lotus Wellness, our whole-person model allows clients to explore different forms of support based on their individual needs, goals, symptoms, and preferences.

That may include psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, Spravato®, ketamine therapy, hypnosis, medical cannabis evaluations, breathwork, and other integrative services.

The goal is not a one-size-fits-all plan.
The goal is care that meets you where you are.

Somatic skills help us build a different kind of relationship with the body — one rooted in curiosity instead of judgment.

Pendulation is a gentle practice of shifting attention between an area of discomfort and an area that feels more neutral, steady, or comfortable. Instead of staying locked onto distress, this helps the nervous system experience movement, flexibility, and a greater sense of internal balance.

Try it slowly:

Notice where your body feels tense or uncomfortable.
Find a place that feels neutral, steady, or okay.
Gently move your attention between the two.

You do not have to force relaxation. You are practicing awareness, regulation, and the ability to return to steadiness.

At Blue Lotus Wellness, we offer a variety of somatic and body-based approaches to healing, including Somatic Experiencing-informed work, EMDR, yoga therapy, mindfulness-based practices, breathwork, dance/movement therapy, and other integrative trauma-informed supports.

Explore somatic therapies at Blue Lotus Wellness and learn what approach may be right for you.

Considering Spravato® but wondering what the treatment may actually feel like?
Understanding potential side effects is an important part of making an informed decision about any treatment. It is also one of the reasons why Spravato® is administered in a monitored medical setting.
