Perceptions of Reiki can vary widely... Let's clarify some essential points:

Reiki Myths Debunked

Myth 1: Reiki is a Religion: Reiki is a form of therapy that incorporates a powerful spiritual dimension, welcoming individuals from all walks of life. It is not a religion.

Myth 2: Reiki is a cure: Reiki complements other therapies by promoting relaxation and wellbeing, without promising cures or guaranteed results.

Myth 3: Reiki is not real: Reiki operates on energy principles similar to those of yoga, acupuncture, Tai Chi, sound healing, and meditation.

Myth 4: Reiki is scary: As a gentle and non-invasive approach, Reiki is harmless and focused on reducing stress and fostering relaxation, ultimately supporting the balance of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.
