Your detox may fail if you don't have elimination support.

Detoxing can make you feel like crap. When we attack microbes such as viruses, parasites, and bacteria the toxins they realease are pulled into our bloodstream. Those toxins are what cause is to feel bad.

A few things to always look at when detoxing are your bowels, are you eliminating every day? Are your kidneys and liver working well? If you are not eliminating, your body is reabsorbing the same toxins.

Please join us in thanking Mollie for all of the hard work she has put in with us over the past year.

She has played a huge role in the Genesis team while also being a Junior at Lincoln High School, taking advanced classes, along with playing varsity and travel volleyball. Today will be her last day as our Youth Apprentice.

It’s a bittersweet moment watching this bright star step into her next chapter. Mollie, you’ve been an absolute joy to have on the team. Your dedication, positive energy, and willingness to learn have left a lasting impression on all of us.

Some of the many things we’ll miss about you:
• Your incredible work ethic — you consistently went above and beyond, treating every task with care and professionalism
• Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
• Natural talent for building relationships and collaborating with the team
