During our periods should be the utmost time of nourishment. Warm, cooked wholesome foods over processed, cold and quick foods. Emotionally, nourishment looks like going for a gentle walk, giving yourself grace with your to do list, journal, listen to your favorite music. Life doesn’t stop, we know that. But our intentions can be strong. When we become just a little more intentional with ourselves and actions it can make a world of a difference.

The name *Honoring Her* is deeply intentional.

In our clinic, we care for women at every stage—those on the path to motherhood, in the thick of it, or navigating the quiet shifts of an empty nest. We also hold space for women simply tending to their health and well-being.

No matter where she is in her journey, this event is about honoring her—what she has carried, what she has overcome, and what lies ahead.

Join us for a morning of gentle movement, followed by deep rest with a guided sound bath. We’ll continue the experience with offerings rooted in Chinese medicine, including cupping, auricular acupuncture, and foot detoxes.
