We’re excited to welcome Carly Tharp, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, to our team! Carly will be serving patients through both our Outpatient Therapy and Home Health Services teams.

Carly may already be a familiar face to many in our community! Before beginning her career in occupational therapy, she spent seven years at Glenn’s Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where many of you may have gotten to know her friendly smile and caring personality.

Carly graduated with honors from Madisonville Community College (MCC) with her Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. During her time at MCC, she was also recognized with the 2025 Kentucky Occupational Therapy Leader Award as the program’s most outstanding OTA student—an achievement that reflects her dedication to the profession and the patients she will serve.

We’re thrilled to have Carly join our team and look forward to the skills, compassion, and energy she’ll bring to our patients and community.

Update: Our phone systems have been restored and are operational.

We are still experiencing some internet connectivity issues and are continuing to work with our service provider to fully resolve the situation.
