Who is it for?
This workshop is perfect for you if you’ve ever wanted to learn Tarot but felt
overwhelmed by the idea of memorizing 78 card meanings. It’s also for anyone looking to:
• Unlock their intuition
• Cultivate practices for clarity and calm
• Connect with their higher self wisdom
The Approach
We’ll take an intuitive and playful approach, using curiosity and storytelling to unlock
the wisdom within. Tarot becomes a tool for self-reflection, not prediction-helping
you gain clarity, shift energy, and embrace your “now moment truth” through
acknowledgement, acceptance, and the power of choice.

Divine feminine embodiment practices are somatic meditations, designed to shift you out of goal-driven
“doing” and into receptive “being”. Creating time and space for self care and self love.

This receptivity offers a deeper awareness into exploring physical sensations, intuitive movement, grounding and breath-work.
Creating unique opportunities for you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, sensuality, creativity, and flow.

✨Intuitive Flow Movement: letting go of rigid-structured
workouts. Opportunity for your body to move softly and fluidly as it wants. Noticing what energy arises within you. Helping to release tension, clear your aura and awaken your physical expression.

✨Dynamic Somatic Breathing: Engaging your parasympathetic nervous system to invite in release, relaxation and receptivity.

✨Vocal Sounding: Sound is a powerful tool to release blocked energy. Practice letting out deep sighs, humming, or even softly toning. These simple practices can be transformative, and offer physical expression to your inner emotional landscape.

✨Self-Care Rituals: Take what you love from the
gatherings and bring it into your personal practice.

Yoga mat, water, eye mask/pillow, one bottle of an essential oil, journal, pen, small blanket and an open mir We have mats and oils to borrow if you don’t have one.

Join and support fellow women in an evening of somatic movement, prompted journaling, breath work, and sharing. Each of these practices are designed to calm the nervous system, clear any stagnant energy, and move more freely during this next season.
There will be time to share anything that comes up during the journaling practice or group discussion.

Please note, sharing is not required, only if you feel comfortable/called to do so. This will be a safe space for all women to gather and take time to release what is heavy. Let us take comfort in the power and healing of sisterhood.
