Nothing stops Jake 🏍️

As an amputee, Jake continues to do what he loves, including hitting the open road on his motorcycle. Last week, he made the two-hour trip to see us for an adjustment.

We love his drive, his determination, and of course, his ride 🤘

🔧 The work doesn't stop after lamination. Here, Shyanne Harn is grinding and shaping a prosthetic socket, an important step in creating a comfortable, custom fit for each patient. It's one of the many hands-on steps that transforms raw materials into a custom prosthesis built for everyday life.

Prosthetic Care Tip #1 ✳️ Check Your Skin Daily

Taking a few moments each day to inspect your skin is an important part of keeping you moving comfortably.

It's football season, and we've got a throwback to one of our favorite custom socket designs from this year.

Matthew's custom Chicago Bears design was a touchdown in our book, even if some of us are rooting from the other sideline 😉

Have a fabulous Thursday everyone!

Behind the scenes with Shyanne Harn! 🛠️

This photo captures part of the lamination process, where layers of material are carefully applied to create a custom prosthetic socket. It's just one of the many ways we provide personalized care for our patients 🩵

Did you know? These sheets of plastic are used to create test sockets for our prosthetic patients. Test sockets play an important role in the fitting process, allowing us to fine-tune comfort, fit, and function before the final socket is made. We love creating personalized prosthetic solutions right here in our lab! 🦿
