Certified Nursing Assistant
Full-Time | Evening & Night Shifts
Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care team on full-time evening and night shifts. CNAs provide hands-on care and support to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
* Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and use of assistive devices.
* Take and record vital signs and other resident care information as directed.
* Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nurse.
* Provide attentive, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
* Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
* Assist with meal service and maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
* Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
* Follow all facility policies, procedures, infection-control practices, and resident rights.
* Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team.
* Provide additional support with evening routines and overnight care as needed.
Qualifications
* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality.
* Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
Schedule
* Full-time evening and night shift positions available
* Must be available to work assigned weekends and holidays as required.
* Shift times and scheduling details will be discussed during the interview.
