🍓✨ Our Strawberry Social was such a sweet success! The featured cocktail of the afternoon was a delicious Strawberry Shortcake Martini, complete with a graham cracker crumble rim. Residents enjoyed beautiful charcuterie skewers and, of course, mini strawberry shortcakes. It was the perfect combination of treats, laughter, and good company. We always love an excuse to turn social hour into something a little more elevated! ❤️🍓🥂

Today we celebrated all of the awesome dads in our community with our Grill & Chill Father’s Day Cookout! Residents and families enjoyed an upscale cookout featuring fall-off-the-bone ribs, sweet corn on the cob, potato salad, assorted pies, strawberry shortcake, and much more.

Beer and bourbon were a fan favorite and made for the perfect addition to a beautiful afternoon spent together. The laughter, great food, and wonderful company made for a truly memorable celebration.

We enjoyed a quick afternoon outing just around the corner to visit our friends at Graeter’s Ice Cream! 🍦 Using our TouchPoint™ sensory approach, residents engaged their senses and got their taste buds going with some delicious ice cream. The sweet treats, friendly atmosphere, and shared smiles made for a wonderful afternoon together!

Today we welcomed the coming of summer with a beautiful patio party! ☀️🍹

Residents enjoyed live music from Happy Hour Trio while relaxing outdoors and soaking up the sunshine. The afternoon featured coconut shrimp, fresh fruit skewers, and delicious piña coladas that were the perfect treat for a warm summer day.

There’s nothing better than great food, great music, and great company. What a wonderful way to celebrate the start of the season!

🎳 Today our TouchPoint Sensory™️ Memory Care residents enjoyed their Friday outing to the bowling alley! Many smiled as they sent the ball down the lane, bringing back memories of games played throughout the years. The afternoon was filled with strikes, spares, laughter, and delicious pizza for lunch.

A big thank you to Mason Bowl for hosting us. What a wonderful afternoon spent making memories together! 🍕🎳😊

Today, our Memory Care residents participated in a wonderful finger-painting activity filled with smiles and laughter.

This hands-on experience provided valuable sensory stimulation, encouraged creativity, and supported fine motor skills—all key components of our TouchPoint Sensory™️ approach. Most importantly, each resident created a beautiful and unique piece of art while enjoying the creative process together.

A few times each year, we enjoy taking a bus trip to Seven Wells Winery & Vineyard in California, Kentucky. Today, the experience came to us! 🍷

Owner Doug Wehrman visited our community to host a wonderful wine tasting, giving many residents who are unable to attend our Wednesday outings the opportunity to enjoy this special experience. Residents sampled five different wines, ranging from dry to sweet and from white to red, while Doug shared the history of the farm, explained the winemaking process, and answered questions about growing grapes and producing wine.

It was a fun and educational afternoon, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A few residents even purchased bottles to take home! Thank you, Doug, for taking the time to bring Seven Wells Winery to our residents. We always love our visits to Seven Wells, and today was no exception! 🍇✨

Today we officially kicked off our new Book Club, compliments of Mason Library! 📚

Our residents were so excited to receive their very first book and many started reading right away. The conversations began immediately as everyone shared their excitement and started thinking about what they’d like to discuss at our next meeting.

Book Club is more than just reading—it’s an opportunity to connect with one another, share ideas, create meaningful friendships, and support brain health along the way. We can’t wait to see where this first book takes us!
