We’re excited to highlight Katherine, who currently has immediate openings for new clients in Tomah and through telehealth!

One of the things we love about Katherine is her commitment to making therapy accessible. She offers evening and weekend appointments, making it easier to fit counseling into busy schedules, work demands, family responsibilities, and everything else life throws your way.

*Katherine is currently seeing clients via telehealth and person in Tomah through August.

*Beginning in September, she will transition to telehealth-only services, allowing her to continue supporting clients across Wisconsin from the comfort of home.

🧡 Support Group Facilitator Needed! 💚

Have you experienced mental health challenges and found your way to a place of recovery? NAMI Monroe-Juneau is looking for someone who may be interested in becoming a volunteer Peer Support Group Facilitator in our community.

Peer support groups are led by individuals with lived experience who understand what it is like to navigate mental health challenges and recovery. Facilitators help create a welcoming, supportive environment where others can connect, share experiences, and find hope.

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Identifies as a peer, meaning someone who lives with a mental health condition (a formal diagnosis is not required)
✔ Has a passion for helping others and reducing stigma
✔ Is interested in volunteering to help lead a local NAMI support group
✔ Is willing to complete facilitator training

* Training Details:
* November 7-8, 2026
* 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM both days
* NAMI Wisconsin Office in Madison
* Training is provided at no cost

Prior to training, participants will be asked to attend three NAMI Wisconsin Peer Support Groups. Virtual options are available.

If you've ever thought about using your lived experience to support others, this may be a meaningful opportunity to give back to your community and help others realize they are not alone.

🎨 Something BRAND NEW being offered at Heart Line…and we are so excited to share it with you! Our Art Therapy Open Studio Sessions are officially here starting NEXT WEEK through the end of August, with groups offered in both Tomah and New Lisbon.

These are open sessions, which means:
✔ No appointment needed
✔ Come as you are
✔ All supplies provided

We’ve created groups for different ages including kids, teens, adults, and parents with small children, so there’s something for everyone.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, connect, express yourself, or just try something new…this is your space. Come create with us!

We are so excited to officially share that we received our new sign on Thursday last week, and it turned out absolutely beautiful!

A huge thank you to the Tomah Chamber & Visitors Center and the Downtown Business Signage Program for supporting this initiative, and to Zingler Sign and Design for bringing it to life. The support, investment, and hard work going into our downtown community truly does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful to be a part of it.

This sign adds so much to our space and makes our already welcoming environment feel even more special.

If you’re in the area, come check it out and pop in to say hi. We are always happy to offer a friendly conversation, a cool bottle of water, and even a snack 💙

We are proud to be part of this community and look forward to continuing to serve and support Tomah. Thank you from the bottom of our Hearts!

Yesterday we stepped out to the front of our Tomah office after being in the back area for a few hours and found this beautiful bouquet waiting there with no card and no indication of who it came from.

Whoever you are, we just want to say thank you. 💙

In this field, we often sit with people in some of their most vulnerable and darkest moments. There is so much beauty and sacredness in that work, but it can also feel heavy at times. Moments like this, unexpected and thoughtful, truly mean more than words can express.

Thank you for bringing a little extra beauty and light into our space. We truly appreciate you and wish we could thank you personally. 🌸
