💙 Introducing: Hopeful Hearts Resource Center 💙
One thing we’ve learned over the years is that people don’t just need mental health support. Sometimes they need winter gloves. Sometimes they need food. Sometimes they need school supplies for their kids, hygiene items, or help finding resources during a really difficult season of life.
That’s why we created Hopeful Hearts.
Hopeful Hearts is a community resource initiative through Heart Line Counseling designed to help support BOTH community members and current patients with basic needs items and resources. Right now, we have donation/resource areas available at our New Lisbon and Tomah offices, with hopes of expanding them to all Heart Line locations in the future.
Inside our Hopeful Hearts areas, you may find things like:
Clothing, coats, hats, and gloves
Non-perishable food
School supplies
Hygiene products
Resource information
And other donated community items
One of the most important parts of this initiative to us is that you do NOT need to be a client at Heart Line to access support. If you need help, you are welcome here. Always.
If you would like to look through available items, you can simply call us to set up a time to stop by.
This initiative has been completely supported by Heart Line and our staff because we genuinely care about the communities we serve and want people to know they are not alone. As Hopeful Hearts continues to grow, we would absolutely love community involvement through donations and shared support.

Thank you for helping us create a little more hope, kindness, and support in our communities. 🫶
