We’re excited to introduce Clenasia Anderson, our dedicated BCBA Intern & RBT! 💙💚

Clenasia is currently pursuing her degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is passionate about helping children and families through evidence-based interventions. In her role, she assists with implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, supporting skill acquisition programs, and collaborating closely with supervising BCBAs to help clients achieve meaningful goals.

One of Clenasia’s favorite parts of her work is building positive relationships with clients while continuously expanding her clinical knowledge and professional skills in the field of ABA.

When she’s not working, Clenasia enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to music, and watching anime. 📚🎶✨

We’re excited to introduce Steffanie A. Minnifield-Stephens, MS, BCBA, LBA, our dedicated Clinical Director!

With more than 10 years of experience in behavior analysis, Steffanie has devoted her career to supporting children, individuals, and families through evidence-based, compassionate care. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2020, she brings extensive expertise working with individuals ages 2–20, particularly those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Steffanie’s leadership is guided by a commitment to building meaningful relationships, empowering families, and helping every client reach their fullest potential. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at Capella University, further expanding her knowledge and impact in the field.

Join us in celebrating Steffanie and the incredible passion, experience, and heart she brings to the Verity team every day! 💙
