🏡 PRS Community Housing manages 25 affordable housing communities across Oregon, California, and Texas, helping older adults access safe, comfortable, and affordable places to call home.

We’re raising funds to provide washers and dryers for several of our communities. This simple amenity can make a big difference, supporting residents’ comfort, convenience, and independence.

Thanks to our generous supporters, we’ve already raised $106k toward our goal of $199k! We’re grateful for the support so far and excited to keep building momentum as we work to bring this valuable resource to more of our residents.

Over two energizing days, we connected, shared ideas, learned from industry experts, and strengthened our commitment to advancing the PRS mission. Through engaging sessions and meaningful conversations, we explored governance, leadership, and the opportunities shaping the future of aging services.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across luxury hospitality and senior living, Alice brings a wealth of expertise, a passion for service excellence, and a strong commitment to creating exceptional resident experiences. We look forward to the positive impact her leadership will have on the Mirabella Seattle community.

Please join us in welcoming Alice Bouman as the new Executive Director of Mirabella Seattle! Alice brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality and senior living, with a deep commitment to service excellence and resident experience.

Originally from the Netherlands, Alice spent more than two decades with world-class hospitality organizations, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and L'Auberge Hotels, leading teams across Europe, Asia, Canada, and the United States. After transitioning to senior living, she spent seven years with Aegis Living, supporting multiple communities, before most recently serving with Cogir Senior Living and joining the Mirabella team.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and many pets, exploring creative hobbies, and staying closely connected with her family in the Netherlands.

We are excited for Alice's leadership and resident-centered approach as she begins this new chapter with our community. Welcome to the Mirabella family, Alice!
