Nothing brings a team together like a little friendly competition! 🏆 We kicked off this year’s Leadership Summit with a collaborative icebreaker challenge focused on creativity and teamwork. Our Central Office team rolled up their sleeves and joined United Way of Jackson County's Day of Caring to help build a new gazebo and clear root suckers at the Medford Pear Orchard. đŸŒ± This incredible orchard—operated entirely by volunteers—donates 1.5–2 million pounds of pears each year to support local families and global humanitarian aid. We’re honored to lend our hands to a place that gives so generously to others.
