Nestled on 229 scenic, rolling acres in Medina, Ohio, Western Reserve Masonic Community is a senior living community for those aged 55 and older. Western Reserve Masonic Community is the only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Medina County. That means we’re the only community that offers a full spectrum of care from independent living and assisted living to memory support and skilled nursing care. In our Healthcare Center, short-term rehabilitation offers a higher level of nursing care available 24/7 for a short period of time. 🩵

Short-term rehabilitation most often follows a hospital stay, and is especially beneficial after a stroke, operations like hip replacements, or serious illness. It offers you or your loved one a chance to continue recovering while receiving extra therapies, before returning home. Our goal is to give you or your loved one the resources and care needed to support your well-being and return to the things you love.
