📢 COMMUNITY SOCK DRIVE 🧦❤️
Dear Island Direct Primary Care & Main Street Direct Primary Care Family,
At Island Direct Primary Care and Main Street Direct Primary Care, we believe healthcare is about more than treating illness — it is about caring for the well-being of the entire community.
One organization that lives this mission every single day is Matthew’s Hope Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit serving our neighbors experiencing homelessness right here in Brevard County. Through outreach, healthcare, meals, hygiene support, vocational assistance, and restoration of dignity, Matthew’s Hope provides not just a handout, but a hand up for individuals seeking hope and a path forward.
Over the years, Island DPC has been honored to support Matthew’s Hope and witness firsthand the incredible work their team and volunteers do to care for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
Today, we are asking our community to come together in a simple but powerful way:
🧦 WE ARE COLLECTING NEW WHITE SOCKS FOR MATTHEW’S HOPE MINISTRIES 🧦
Something many of us take for granted can make an incredible difference for someone living without stable housing. Clean, new socks help prevent infections, improve comfort, preserve dignity, and are one of the most requested items among those experiencing homelessness.
✨ How You Can Help:
✅ Donate NEW white socks (all sizes welcome)
✅ Drop them off at Island Direct Primary Care or Main Street Direct Primary Care
✅ Invite your family, workplace, church, or organization to join the effort
Every pair donated helps provide comfort, dignity, and care to someone in need.
This is what community looks like — neighbors helping neighbors. ❤️
Thank you for helping us continue to bring healthcare back to its roots by caring for the people in the places we call home.
