What a thrill it was to honor our inaugural inductees to the Memphis Medical Society Hall of Fame as we celebrated our 150th Anniversary at this year's Physicians' Gala.

Mr. Davis came to us with heart problems. When he found Project Access, he was in bad shape, unable to access healthcare. He didn’t have health insurance and didn’t know where to go. He needed cardiology, pulmonology, and urology.

But with intervention from Project Access and our our volunteer providers, things turned around for Mr. Davis.

With support from our Society, Memphis Pediatric Society and GSK hosted Dinner and Conversation at Char Restaurant last week. While the conversations were numerous, a keynote convo anchored the night. Dr. Sweta Chawla led us through a deep dive into the dangers of Meningitis B, and the cutting edge vaccines available today to protect our children.
